
Bariyarpatti, Siraha –07 January 2024, In a heartfelt gesture to support the elderly during the cold winter months, Padmoday Foundation organized a Senior Citizens Respect Program in Bariyarpatti Rural Municipality, Tenuwapatti. As part of this initiative, more than 100 senior citizens were provided with winter warm fiber blankets to help them stay warm and comfortable.
The program was organized with the aim of honoring and respecting senior citizens while addressing their immediate needs during the winter season. The distribution event witnessed a gathering of elderly individuals, who expressed their gratitude for the thoughtful gesture by the foundation.
Social Worker Ashok Kumar Khadka, Patron of Padmoday Foundation, emphasized the importance of caring for the elderly. “Senior citizens are the pillars of our community, and it’s our duty to ensure their well-being, especially during harsh weather conditions. This program is a small token of our respect and love for them,” he said.

The program was well-received by the community, with local leaders and residents praising Padmoday Foundation for its continued efforts in addressing social issues and providing meaningful support to vulnerable groups.
