Padmoday Foundation has been actively engaging rural youths by organizing friendly sports competitions and providing sports equipment at the community level. These initiatives aim to encourage youths to balance their studies and household responsibilities while developing an interest in sports.

According to the Foundation’s patron, social worker Ashok Khadka, this effort helps steer rural youths away from addiction and substance abuse. He emphasized, “The consistent practice of sports not only enhances the mental and physical health of young people but also contributes to producing players capable of competing at the national level.”
The Foundation’s program highlights the importance of sports with the message: “Sports for the Nation, Sports for Health.”
