With the technical support of Kathmandu University, Padmoday Foundation successfully conducted a two-day school leadership training program aimed at enhancing the educational standards of community schools.
The training, held in Dhangadhimai Municipality, brought together principals from 31 community schools to equip them with advanced leadership skills and innovative strategies for effective school management.
Dipendra, President of Padmoday Foundation, highlighted the importance of empowering school leaders to bring about long-term improvements in the education sector. The event also marked a significant collaboration between the foundation and Kathmandu University, demonstrating a shared commitment to educational development in the region.
